ارتباط معنویت در محیط کار و تعلق سازمانی در بین کارکنان بیمارستانهای دولتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افزایش بهرهوری سازمان مستلزم کارکنان دارای انگیزش و تعهد سازمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه معنویت در محیط کار و تعلق سازمانی در کارکنان بخش درمان استان اصفهان انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی، جامعه آماری شامل 580 نفر از کارکنان بیمارستانهای دولتی شهر اصفهان در سال 1397بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 230 نفر برآورد و نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی خوشهای انجام شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای استاندارد معنویت در محیط کارمیلیمن و همکاران و تعلق سازمانیشفلی و بکر استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون در نرمافزار SPSS 16 در سطح معناداری 0/05 انجام شد.
یافتهها: بین معنویت در محیط کار با تعلق سازمانی کارکنان رابطه معنادار مثبتی وجود داشت (r=0/527, p<0/01). از بین مؤلفههای معنویت در محیط کار، همسویی با ارزشهای سازمانی، احساس وابستگی و کار معنادار، به ترتیب بیشترین ارتباط را با تعلق سازمانی داشتند (r=0/446, r=0/508, p<0/01).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد که معنویت در محیط کار بهطور معناداری تعلق سازمانی کارکنان را پیشبینی میکند؛ لذا، توصیه میشود تا مدیران درمان با تقویت مؤلفههای معنویت در محیط کار، احساس تعلق سازمانی کارکنان و بهرهوری سازمان را ارتقا بخشند.
