According to the results presented in this article, it is concluded that the activity of in vitro transfer of cellular immunity of mouse monocytes immunized with live vaccine of S. enteritidis is retained in the cellular fraction obtained from the immunized monocytes, and that the activity is lost by treatment with RNase, not with DNase. According to the results obtained by serial transfer of the transfer agent it is suggested that TA will be incorporated into the self-replicating system of the recipient monocytes.
