آليات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لتطوير قطاع الناشئين بأندية شمال سيناء لكرة القدم Mechanisms for implementing electronic management to develop the youth sector in North Sinai football clubs

يهدف البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لوضع آليات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لتطوير قطاع الناشئين بأندية شمال سيناء لكرة القدم واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيقاً لهدفه،وقام الباحثان بإختيار عينه البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث لقطاع الناشئين بأندية شمال سيناء لكرة القدم ، والبالغ عددها ( 76) والتي شاركت في مسابقات الفرع 2022_2023م ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة الاساسية (58) و حجم العينة الاستطلاعية (18) وجاءت اهم الاستنتاجات تتلخص كالتالي: تنبنى إدارة قطاع الناشئين لكرة القدم بشمال سيناء خطة واضحة للتدريب مبنية على الحاجات التدريبية
المتصلة بالعمل،تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق تطبيق الأدارة الالكترونية لقطاع الناشئين بمنطقة شمال سيناء لكرة القدم وتكون فلسفة التصور المقترح،الأسس التي ترتكز عليها فلسفة التصور،أهداف التصور المقترح ، تنمية الموارد البشرية في بيئة العمل ،
التغلب على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية ، الضمانات الواجب توافرها لنجاح التصور المقترح، وجاءت اهم التوصيات :ضرورة توفير كيان إداري مسئول عن متابعة تنفيذ التصور المقترح، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لنجاحه،وضع نظام لتشجيع ومكافاة التميز في الأداء للقائمين على العمل في الادارة الالكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية وعرض التجارب الناجحة للاستفادة منها،ترسيخ مفهوم الادارة الإلكترونية من خلال غرس المفاهيم التكنولوجية بين القطاعات المختلفة و العاملين بها،تقديم دليل مرشد للإدارة الالكترونية وتطبيقاته في العملية الإدارية.
The research aims to develop a proposed vision for developing mechanisms for applying electronic management to develop the youth sector in North Sinai football clubs. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method in order to suit the nature of the research and achieve its goal. The researchers chose the research sample in a deliberate manner from the research community for the youth sector in North Sinai football clubs. The number of which was (76) and which participated in the branch’s competitions 2022-2023 AD, where the size of the basic sample was (58) and the size of the exploratory sample was (18). The most important conclusions were summarized as follows: Adopting  The administration of the youth football sector in North Sinai adopts a clear training plan based on training needs
Related to work, a proposed vision has been developed to implement the electronic management application for the youth sector in the North Sinai football region, and the philosophy of the proposed vision is the foundations on which the philosophy of the vision is based, the objectives of the proposed vision, the development of human resources in the work environment,
Overcoming the obstacles to implementing electronic management, the guarantees that must be available for the success of the proposed vision, and the most important recommendations were: the necessity of providing an administrative entity responsible for following up on the implementation of the proposed vision, and taking the necessary measures for its success,sector management
