الممارسة المهنية فى الصحافة الإقليمية عبر الشبکات الاجتماعية: دراسة تطبيقية فى إطار نظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية

      يسعى البحث لاستکشاف واقع الممارسة المهنية فى الصحافة الإقليمية عبر الشبکات الاجتماعية باختلاف أنماطها (الصحف الورقية– صحافة المواطن)، بالتطبيق على الصفحات الخاصة بأخبار محافظة أسيوط بجمهورية مصر العربية –محل إقامة الباحثتين– على موقع فيس بوک، وذلک باستخدام تحليل المضمون الکيفي لکل من: سياسات وضوابط النشر على تلک الصفحات، والمنشورات التي تنشرها، وتعليقات القراء عليها من جانب، وإجراء دراسة ميدانية على القائمين بالاتصال على تلک الصفحات من جانب آخر، وذلک في إطار نظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية.
    وقد خلُص البحث إلى أن الشبکات الاجتماعية بشکل عام وفيس بوک بشکل خاص أصبحت مجالاً لممارسة العمل الصحفي؛ فقد استغل المواطن العادي والصحفي المحترف ما توفره الشبکات الاجتماعية من إمکانيات للنشر؛ للتغلب على ما تواجهه الصحافة الإقليمية الورقية من مشاکل التمويل والتوزيع والطباعة وغيرها، ما يمکن معه التأکيد على أن الصحيفة الإقليمية في صورتها الجديدة على الشبکات الاجتماعية نجحت إلى حد بعيد في أداء وظائفها وفقًا لفروض نظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية. 
    وقد أثبتت الدراسة أن السياسة التحريرية تتحکم في الأداء الصحفي على الشبکات الاجتماعية بشکل کبير، والتي بدت واضحة تمامًا من خلال المادة الصحفية المنشورة وطريقة التعامل مع تعليقات القراء؛ وهو ما يمثل إطارًا مهنيًا وأخلاقيًا يحکم الممارسة المهنية فى الصحافة الإقليمية عبر الشبکات الاجتماعية.
 
 
The professional practice of regional journalism on social networking sites:
An applied study based on Social Responsibility Theory
 
           The study aimed to explore the professional practice of regional journalism on social networking sites of both traditional newspapers and citizen journalism. Through the theoretical framework of Social Responsibility Theory, this descriptive study conducted on two pages of regional news of Assiut Governorate on Facebook (Al-Assayta & Assiut Street pages), using a qualitative content analysis of publishing policies and terms, pages posts, and users’ comments on those pages, besides conducting a field study on the communicators of the two pages.
         The study concluded that the social networking sites in general and Facebook in particular has become a perfect field for practicing journalism work. The ordinary citizens and professional journalists have taken advantage of the social networking sites publishing capabilities to overcome the regional traditional newspapers problems, which include financing, distribution, printing, etc. Therefore, we can say that the regional newspaper in its new form on the social networking sites has succeeded to a large extent in performing its functions according to the assumptions of the theory of social responsibility.
      The results also proved that the editorial policy still used to control the journalistic performance on the social networking sites, what appeared clearly through the pages posts and the users’ comments, which represent a professional and ethical framework that regulates the professional practices of regional journalism on social networking sites.
