Date of correction: November 27, 2008Reason for correction: -Correction: ABSTRACTDetails: Wrong : The axis ratios were compared by means of the Soybean protein extracted by acid, alkali, and salt solutions respectively. Within the observation of this report the protein extracted by alkalies gave the best result, then followed those extracted by acid, and salt. The above extracted protein dissolved in alkaline solution, the acid extracted protein gave the clearest solution, alkalies less clear and the salt the least.
