Abstract

The optimum composition for the dielectric constant and Q-value of the materials in the Ba(_1-x)Sr_x(Ni_1/3Ta_2/3)O₃ system has been experimentally determined. It was found that the materials with x=0.4 showed maximal values in both dielectric constant and Q-value, where the correction for porosity of the materials was made.
