A biopsy case of a tumor situated below the right parotid gland of a man, aged 61 years, was presented. Microscopically it was an adenolymphoma with a characteristic structure. We considered this tumor may be a hamartoma arising from heterotopic parotid tissue in the lymph nodes adjoining the parotid gland.
