At National Institute of Technology Hakodate, we set subjects for studying Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons.　Specifically, write a resume, learn honorifics, and practice interviews. Through them, we can analyze ourselves and develop the ability to work with our colleagues, thought-out ability and active ability.
