Fifty-seven shrews representing three genera and seven species were examined for cestode parasites. The cestodes found were : Soricinia longisegmentalis sp. nov., Vampirolepis novosibirskensis sp. nov., Staphylocystis (Staphylocystis) toxometra (BAER, 1932), S. (S.) naganoensis SAWADA et KOYASU, 1990, Hymenolepis fodientis VAUCHER, 1971, Insectivorolepis infirma ZARNOWSKI, 1955, Skrjabinacanthus diplocoronatus SPASSKY et MOROSOV, 1959, Coronacanthus parvihamata SAWADA et KOYASU, 1990, Lineolepis skrjabini SPASSKY et MOROSOV, 1959, Ditestolepis diaphana (CHOLODKOVSKY, 1906), Choanotaenia crassiscolex (LINSTOW, 1890), Neoskrjabinolepis singularis (CHOLODKOVSKY, 1912) and Ditestolepis sp. The cestode was observed in 89% of 57 shrews.
