This paper describes survey of energy consumption and indoor thermal environment about two elementary schools. One is new Eco-school, and the other is old. The most significant factors in energy consumption of the Eco-school is greater than general school, was the operation of heat exchange ventilation fans. However, Eco-school was comfortable environment by the effect of eaves and thermal insulation.
