Tratamiento médico con metotrexate en embarazo ectópico

Se presenta el caso de embarazo ectópico tubárico de aproximadamente 8 semanas de gestación en una paciente de 31 años de edad quien fue sometida a tratamiento médico con Metotrexate parenteral. Se observó mejoría de su cuadro por la evolución clínica, controles ecográficos y controles de cuantificación de fracción beta de gonadotrofina coriónica humana.
