About Author

Dr. Ranjeeta Kumari (MBBS, MD, DNB, MIPHA, FIMSA) is currently working as Additional Professor in Department of Community & Family Medicine at AIIMS, Rishikesh. She is an experienced professional with over 15 years of administrative, academic, and research experience, specializing in non-communicable disease epidemiology and prevention through AYUSH approaches. She has more than 80 publications in national and international journals.

Dr. Vartika Saxena (MBBS, MD, MAMS, MIPHA) holds the position of Professor and Head of the Department of Community and Family Medicine and AYUSH at AIIMS, Rishikesh, and also serves as the Dean (Research). With over 100 publications in esteemed national and international peer-reviewed journals, she is a passionate advocate of public health and endeavors to promote the well-being of the community through comprehensive approaches.

Dr. Amity Das (BHMS, MPH) is a Research Officer at CCRYN-CCMBIY, AIIMS Rishikesh, and brings considerable experience in the field of public health research with a focus on AYUSH interventions. She is actively involved in conducting and publishing research studies.

Dr. Vama Jain (BNYS, FRM) is presently serving as a Research Officer at CCRYN-CCMBIY, AIIMS Rishikesh, and is actively engaged in conducting research activities in the field of Yoga and Naturopathy with a focus on promoting better health and well-being for individuals and communities.
