Abstract:
In order to reach the way in which the PAR outside greenhouses affects the growth biomass behaviour, we have substituted the PAR time series by a time modulation of the theoretical incident global radiation with a finite Fourier series expansion of the PAR transmitivity coefficient. Other benefits of having an analytical expression for the PAR time series are to accelerate the computation procedure for searching optimal control laws and to ease MatLab-Simulink simulations.
