| Abstract:
The performances of three introduced and one local cultivar of potato (Solanum tuberosum) were evaluated based on crop cover fraction and growth analysis. Total dry matter content of the tubers followed similar trends as crop cover fraction and crop cover fraction was highly correlated with crop growth rate. However, dry matter per tuber which determines tuber size depended on when the maximum crop cover fraction was reached and its magnitude. | |
