Abstract:
Six fungi, two unidentified pathogens, and two disorders were identified on leaves and vines of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) during a survey of farmers' fields in Kenya.
The most widely distributed were Alternaria spp., Phomopsis sp., erinose, and an unidentified blight.
The most economically important appear to be Altemaria spp., erinose, and the unidentified blight.
