| Abstract:
The paper constitutes the report of a Workshop on "Microcomputer control systems for energy-saving greenhouses", held in Dublin in July 1987, under the aegis of the section "Energy Saving in Greenhouses" of the CEC Programme for Coordination of Agricultural Research. The Workshop was attended by scientists from all but two (Luxembourg and Portugal) of the countries of the EC, and some thirteen technical papers were presented and discussed. The main themes of these presentations are drawn together here, and the topics which appear to be of greatest general interest are highlighted. | |
