Description

Data from simulations of on-chip cooling and measurements of Coulomb Blockade Thermometer (CBT) devices undertaken at Lancaster University. The CBT data was measured between 2016 and 2021. The simulations were produced 2022-2023. The CBTs were fabricated at VTT Technical Institute of Finland
