ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN KEPROFESIAN BERKELANJUTAN TERHADAP PERANAN PENGEMBANGAN DIRI GURU SMKN BERSERTIFIKASI DI KOTA CIMAHI

Abstract


This research aims to (1) describe the PKB (Sustainable Professional Development Management) activity program for certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City; (2) analyze PKB in improving the self-development of certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City; (3) analyze PKB management aspects of self-development for certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City; (4) the role of PKB management in the self-development aspects of certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City is realized. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of research data, school principals/PKB coordinating team, teachers. The results showed that (1) the description of the PKB progam was held included In House Training (IHT) for teachers at the beginning of the new school year, Functional Training on material development and teaching media, classroom management training with a learning management system, regular MGMP meetings in accordance with their respective subject areas; (2) the role of PKB in teacher self-development as an enhancer of professionalism in performance, and an increase in pedagogical competencies that have an impact on student learning outcomes, (3) management of the implementation of PKB program activities including planning, implementation, and evaluation, (4) the role of PKB management in teacher self-development, namely directing, confirming, and coordinating.
