Abstract

Disproportionation of m-xylene was carried out at 573K on H-mordenites with different crystallite sizes. It was found that the aging rate of H-mordenite with larger crystallite sizes was faster than that of H-mordenite with smaller sizes, but the shape selectivity for 1, 2, 4-trimethylbenzene of the former was greater than that of the latter.
