LEGAL REGULATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON UKRAINIAN TERRITORY IN XI-XVI cent.

Analyzed regulations in medieval times which defined the institutional frameworks for enterprise development on Ukrainian territory. Determined the main areas of entrepreneurship display, particularly in trade and handicraft production, monetary relations. Underlined obstacles in the
development of entrepreneurship.
