Abstract

Coronavirus has not only taken a lot of lives around the world, but also made people loose source of livelihood. With the situation worsening day by day, knowledge of the amount of harm that the virus is going to inflict upon us becomes crucial. Mathematical modeling of the situation is capable of solving a lot of pertinent queries, like whether a disease will become a pandemic, most appropriate strategy for fight, optimal strategy for administering a vaccine (if and when available), essence of lockdown, and other containment strategies.
