The purpose of this study is to identify teacher trainees’ misconceptions in Atom and Molecule. The data was collected from 83 teacher trainees at Kampot Provincial Teacher Training Center. The results were discovered that teacher trainees held some misconceptions that: 1) atoms and molecules cannot be seen at the micro level, 2) chemical bonds of atoms have different charge, 3) atoms are living.
