We have announced in the previous a new concept flatbed fluorescent gel scanner at the 5th JHUPO Conference in last year.
Our previous model of the scanner was A4 (8 x 10 inch) size and had limited sensitivity. This time, we have improved the previous model, especially both in its size; A3 (12.2 x 16.5 inch), and its sensitivity for reducing durations of scan completion.
The new model is compatible with both Sypro Ruby (Invitorogen) and Flamingo (Bio-Rad) stained 1D/2D acrylamide gels up to A3 (12.2 x 16.5 inch) size.
