Plot of relative defined SARS-CoV-2 variant abundance detected in MO45 sewershed. Wastewater samples were processed for viral RNA extraction and SARS-CoV-2 RBD sequences were amplified and then deep sequenced. Genotype and number of reads were used to estimate the relative abundance of defined variants present in the sewershed.
