HL-1 cells were co-transfected with miRNA mimics, siRNAs and desmin plasmids (wild type or mutants) or infected with CVB3 as indicated. Cellular proteins were collected for detection of desmin expression level using WB. The intensities of the bands were measured by using ImageJ and the signal ratios were listed below (A). The proteins were also pulled down by an anti-desmin antibody and subjected to WB detection of K48-linked polyubiquitin chains (B).
