miR-21 mediates K48-linked polyubiquitination of desmin during CVB3 infection.
HL-1 cells were transfected as indicated or infected with CVB3 at 10 MOI for 24 h. Cellular proteins were collected and pulled down by an anti-desmin antibody and subjected to WB detection of K48- or K63-linked polyubiquitin chains.
