MTT reduction in PC3, HeLa, U87 and BJ cells after exposure for 24 hours with different concentrations of rude scorpion venom.
All assays were performed in triplicate, and the data is presented as mean±SD. The p values were determined by comparing the control group versus every group of treatment by one-way annova, and tukey post hoc test. Significant differences represented as *p<0.05, ** p<0.01, ***p<0.001.
