Yellow scorpion (Buthus sinidicus) venom peptides induce mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis in cervical, prostate and brain tumor cell lines

The bar graph represents the effect of different concentrations of crude venom on oxidative burst.

Significant decrease in ROS was observed at 150 and 300 μg/mL concentrations. All assays were performed in triplicate, and the data is presented as mean±SD. The p values were determined by comparing the control group versus every group of treatment by one-way annova, tukey post hoc test. Significant differences represented as *p<0.05, ** p<0.01, ***p<0.001.
