Assessment of MLKL’s association with known clinical variables.
Using continuous data of MLKL’s expression (n = 512), we checked for (A) correlation between MLKL and Age at diagnosis and association between MLKL expression and both (B) histological diagnostic, following grading and type from the available dataset (WHO 2016) and (C) molecular diagnostic groups as well as the (D) main prognostic marker IDH mutational status. A: Astrocytoma; O: Oligodendroglioma; OA: Oligoastrocytoma (outdated). Mann-Whitney test was used to estimate the p-value when comparing two groups. Kruskall-Wallis was used to estimate the p-value when comparing three or more groups.
