This tree is based on the HKY+F+I model of sequence evolution, as identified by IQ-TREE after merging both loci into one partition to increase model fit. Numbers on nodes indicate ultrafast bootstrap resampling percentages based on 10,000 replications, 10,000 SH approximate likelihood ratio test replicates and 10,000 approximate Bayes tests.
