Negative and positive controls for immunostaining of VEGF and CD34.
For preparation of negative control, the histological slides of ovarian follicles were merely treated with primary antibody and DAB, but not secondary antibody. Heart and lung tissues were used as positive controls of VEGF and CD34, respectively.
