The Pearson correlation coefficients among viral characteristics were calculated using R version 4.1.1 software13). (A) The correlation matrix of virus characteristics is shown. The abbreviations of each characteristic are as follows: HA titer (HA), 50% Egg Infectious Dose (EID50), total protein yield (TPY), %-HA content (%-HA), HA antigen yield (HAY).
