Under NAA treatment, the expression of transcription factor genes was upregulated. Then, transcription factors promote the expression of amino acid and ammonium transporter genes. It promotes the expression of other amino acid and nitrogen metabolism related genes, thereby promoting amino acid and nitrogen metabolism.
