Effect of treatment with triclabendazole on the OD values of sheep testing positive by eMM3-COPRO test.
The dose of triclabendazole was 10 mg/kg. Analyses were performed immediately before drug administration and 3 weeks post-treatment. Results are shown separately for sheep with negative (A) and positive (B) coprology. Dashed red line indicates the cut-off value (0.021).
