Regimens - 4I - 4 months intermittent, 2D/2I - 2 months daily followed by 2 months intermittent, 2D/2IE—2 months daily followed by 2 months intermittent with ethambutol given in continuation phase also, 4D - 4 months daily, 6I - 6 months intermittent (Standard of care). All intermittent regimens were administered thrice weekly. Details of regimen provided in e-Supplement Section 1.1.
