The choices to the question "Which of these is an antibiotic? Select as many as you like!" were aspirin (Asp), Valium (Val), Tylenol (Tyl), penicillin (Pen) and Benadryl (Ben). Four countries were examined in this initial step–United Kingdom (UK), Germany (GER), France (FRA) and Canada (CA). The Y axis shows the percent of respondents giving the indicated answer.
