In vitro and in vivo antifungal activity of Cuminum cyminum essential oil against Aspergillus aculeatus causing bunch rot of postharvest grapes

In vivo assay of the antifungal activity of the C. cyminum essential, cumin aldehyde, and α-terpinen-7-al against A. aculeatus infections after 20 days.

Grape berries obtained from various treatments: CC (A), C. cyminum NC (B), cumin aldehyde NC (C), α-terpinen-7-al NC (D), PC (E), C. cyminum TE (F-J) at concentrations of 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1,000 μg/mL, cumin aldehyde TE (K-O) and α-terpinen-7-al TE (P-T) at concentrations of 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 μg/mL, respectively.
