The ‘Partial coeffs’ columns display heat maps of the partial regression coefficients associated with mesh vertices (warmer colours correspond to stronger effects). The ‘R2’ columns display heat maps of proportion of the variance. The ‘p < 0.001’ columns show two-colour maps of the statistical significance of the effect: yellow for p-value < 0.001 and green for p-value ≥ 0.001.
