Effect of different carbon sources on phosphate solubilization.
NBRIP broth medium supplemented with different carbon sources was inoculated with PSB and kept on a shaker at 30±2°C and 150 rpm for 3 days. Each treatment had three replicates. Sterilized NBRIP medium without inoculation was used as control. Phosphate solubilization activity was measured quantitatively using ammonium molybdate blue color method.
