Every node represents one gene, and each edge represents the interaction between genes. miRNAs are indicated with a V-shape, and mRNAs are indicated with circles. The colour red represents high expression, and blue represents low expression. There were 33 miRNAs, 143 mRNAs and 179 edges in the network.
