Preventive vaccination of mice with MOG- and cytokine-encoding plasmids has no effect on the frequencies of CD4+Foxp3+ T cells in CNS and lymphoid organs after EAE induction.

Mice were vaccinated, and EAE was induced as described (see Fig 2). On d16 after EAE induction, brain and spinal cord, inguinal lymph nodes and spleen were prepared, and frequencies of CD4+Foxp3+ T cells were assessed by flow cytometry. The gating strategy is depicted in S5 Fig. N = 10–21 mice per group.
