GST A3 (A) and Nrf2 (B) gene expression was measured by RT-PCR. Expression of GST A3 (C), Nrf2, Cytoplasmic Nrf2 and Nuclear Nrf2 (D) and β-actin was detected by Western blot analysis. β-actin was used as a housekeeping control. The results are expressed as mean ± S.D.; each data point is the average of 3 repeated measurements from 10 independently replicated experiments (n = 10). The different letters in the same rows mean significant difference (p<0.05).
