The NAC rescued AF-induced inhibition of ARPE-19 cell viability.
ARPE-19 cells were treated by 2.0 μM AF combined with or without 0.5 μM erlotinib, 1.0 mM NAC, 1.0 μM SB203580, 10 μM FR180204 and 10 μM SP600125 treatment for 12 hours.
