The NAC rescued AF-induced inhibition of ARPE-19 cell viability.

ARPE-19 cells were treated by 2.0 μM AF combined with or without 0.5 μM erlotinib, 1.0 mM NAC, 1.0 μM SB203580, 10 μM FR180204 and 10 μM SP600125 treatment for 12 hours. (A) Phase-contrast photomicrographs of ARPE-19 cells after treatment. Scale bar = 50μm. (B) Cells viability of ARPE-19 cells after treatment was measured by an MTT assay. The cell viability is expressed as a percentage of control and data are from three independent experiments. All data are means ± SEM, n = 4, **P<0.01.
