The protein levels of TNF-α in the hearts of control rats, rats with hemorrhagic shock rats (S) and hemorrhagic shock rats resuscitated with lactated Ringer’s solution (R) were determined by western blotting analysis. β-actin was used as a loading control. # P<0.05 denotes significant differences from hemorrhagic shock group.
