Systemic administration of SHU9119 (2μM) had no effect on the (A) bradycardia, (B) RSA responses, and (C) bradypnoeic responses to opto-stimulation of NTSPOMC neurons in the WHBP. Data are represented as mean±SEM. Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed rank tests (n = 7).
