(a) Schematic representation of ERα aptamer screening using modified SELEX method. (b) Monitoring the enrichment of ERα binding sequences through photocolorimetric approach. The relative binding of enriched sequences (equivalent amounts) obtained after 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9th round of SELEX screening is analyzed through photocolorimetric method. The initial non-enriched library is used as a control sequence. (c) Copy number analysis (cut-off = 5) in the enriched DNA sequences obtained through Illumina sequencing.
