MiR-138 Acts as a Tumor Suppressor by Targeting EZH2 and Enhances Cisplatin-Induced Apoptosis in Osteosarcoma Cells
Fig 1
MiR-138 was frequently downregulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines.
(A) The expression of miR-138 was analyzed by qRT-PCR in 20 pairs of osteosarcoma samples (OS) and adjacent normal samples (NS). U6 was used as an internal control. (B) Relative miR-138 expression was determined in normal osteoblast cells (NHOst and hFOB1.19) and four osteosarcoma cell lines, HOS, Saos-2, MG-63 and U2OS.
