Bacterial Diversity Associated with Wild Caught Anopheles Mosquitoes from Dak Nong Province, Vietnam Using Culture and DNA Fingerprint

The scale bar indicates the number of substitutions per nucleotide position. Chlamydia trachomatis HAR-13T was used as the outgroup bacteria. The sequences of isolates are shown in bold, the closest sequences (red triangle) and the sequences of the closest species type strain (blue circle) are shown with their GenBank accession number and their annotation. More information on the sequences used is detailed in Table 2.
