Allogeneic PBMCs (responder cells; R) were co-cultured with hiPSCs (stimulator cells; S) at an R/S ratio of 10∶1 for 24 hours. The intracellular expressions of IL-2 and IL-10 in CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ T cells were examined by flow cytometry (A, B) (n = 7).
