Protection from LPS induced intestinal epithelia cell dysfunction by Curcumin.

Caco-2 cell monolayers were treated with LPS or curcumin as indicated and detergent insoluble fractions were analyzed by Western Blot analyses. Expression levels of ZO-1 (Panel A) or Claudin-1 (Panel B) were normalized to β-actin and presented as percent of untreated controls. *P<0.05 compared to untreated controls.
